JOB DESCRIPTION

Role and Responsibilities

1.        Take responsibility (either directly or via staff) for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, and help drive the company’s financial strategy

2.        Comply with national and local financial requirements by studying existing and new regulations and ensure timely filings of all financial statements

3.        Develop and implement internal audit, costing, inventory management systems within the company

4.        Develop and implement MIS systems for Sr. management, banks, cash flows, etc

5.        Ensure compliance of complex transactions involving exports, foreign stock locations, transfer pricing to subsidiaries, etc.

6.        Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organization

7.        Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows

8.        Experience and reporting requirements for internal compliance, board operations, IPO listing, etc. preferred. 

9.        Ability to coordinate HR and IT related activities, oversee mapping, implementation of and updation of ERP systems (SAP B1)

Qualifications and Education Requirements

•         Chartered Accountant or Equivalent Experience

•         10-12 years of experience In Corp. Finance role

Preferred Skills

•         Good working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP B1

•         Excellent analytical and communication skills

•         Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

•         Experience working and managing teams across multiple locations

Additional Notes

This position reports to the Directors of the company and leads the total finance function within the organization.
