BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Job Description:
Additionally, as BD manager
Act as a growth & development champion by exceeding revenue targets
Gather and use market intelligence to provide insights to support the business
development function and generate leads to bring in more clients
Preparing Proposal / Engagement Letters, updating and maintaining CRM Databases
in Excel and Online Portal
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the customers
Analyse and present (to the Partner and Managing Partner) the monthly progress
basis on initiatives with clear action plan for the next month
Managing Social media Marketing / Digital marketing / PR & Media
Management and be the POC with external agency partners
Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities and present strategic
analysis periodically
Protects firm’s value by keeping information strictly confidential.
Any other scope as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
Graduate from any field (B.Com preferred) with a reasonably good knowledge of CA
practice areas.
4-5 years of Business Development experience (2+ years in relevant / similar firms)
Demonstrate high negotiation skills and track record of developing new categories
Excellent communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to company and to develop business opportunities
Willingness to travel
Fluency in English and Hindi
