Job Description:

 

We have an urgent opening for the position of Admin Executive for a reputed Real Estate Company for their  Mumbai (Ghatkoper)  Location.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in day to day work,
  • Liaison with office assistants & other site offices
  • Handling housekeeping staff, driver's duty, and staff vehicle trips
  • Manage and monitor the inventory of office supplies and tools, ordering new supplies when necessary
  • Handling Office operations and administration
  • Handling couriers and packaging
  • Answer incoming phone calls and Emails
  • Transferring calls
  • Managing data and registers.

 

Requirement:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Good Typing Skills
