Job Description:
- Formulation Development of Solid oral & liquid dosage forms for various markets.
- Scaling up, technology transfer of allocated products of various markets.
- Documentation for technology transfer for development products.
- To develop oral dosage forms such as tablets and capsules for regulated markets
- To carry out formulation development work and operate a wide range of formulation equipment.
- Monitoring the stability of the development and validation batches, as per ICH guidelines.
- To document activities as per Good Documentation Practices.
- To prepare SOPs, Process Validation Protocols, and Reports
- Prepare DCGI documents like BMR/BPR/PVP/PVR/PDR.
- To execute trials for timely response of regulatory queries whenever required.
- Daily Monitoring of Temperature & RH in Raw material store.
- To assist in carrying out process validation studies of selected formulations
- To review equipment calibration data & logs, cleaning logs, and equipment usage logs.
- To review equipment calibration / validation status, prepare new logbooks and co-ordinate with QA for issue of new logbooks.
- To carry out stability studies of in process as well as finished dosage forms as per ICH guidelines.
- Depending on the companys requirements, above responsibilities can change, and additional responsibilities may be included
