Job Description:

Position:      Paint Shop Engineer

Location:      Dunetha - Daman

Experience:  5-6 Years

Industries:    Engineering

Responsibilities: 

• Develop, implement, and optimize paint application processes to meet production goals and quality requirements.
• Monitor and control variables such as temperature, humidity, and paint viscosity to ensure consistent results.
• Troubleshoot issues related to paint application and make necessary adjustments to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure painted products meet specifications for finish quality, colour accuracy, and durability.
• Manage inventory levels of paints, primers, solvents, and other materials used in the paint shop.
• Have knowledge of PU PAINT, POXY PAINT, OUTDOOR STRUCTURE PAINT

Required Skills:

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Logical thinking.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - B.E - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
