Job Description:

Hands on experience in manual testing on Agile Methodology and others method too as per requirement.  Understanding Business requirements from business stakeholders and creating requirement document accordinglywith functional and technical solution approach.  Writing Test Cases and Test scenarios  Experience in internal stakeholders as well as vendor handling, monitoring, implementing processes.  Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.  Proven experience as business analyst on Loan Origination system (LOS), Business Rule Engine (BRE), Multi-Bureau(MB) applications within the financial sector, preferably with NBFCs.  Strong understanding of retail loan products, services, and regulatory requirements.  Proficiency in using business analysis tools, data analysis software, and project management tools.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.  Problem-solving abilities and a structured, analytical approach.  Knowledge of IT systems, databases, and software development methodologies.  Conducting weekly/monthly project reviews with business stakeholders and vendors
