We are currently seeking two HR Assistants with a background in menswear, specifically Sherwani and Indo-Western attire. The ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in HR roles and possess knowledge of mens ethnic fashion.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.
• Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff.
• Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in HR roles.
• Familiarity with mens ethnic fashion, particularly Sherwani and Indo-Western attire.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
