Job Description:
Job Profile:
- Managing timely and comprehensive Tender documentation and bid uploading in coordination with the Sales Team.
- Preparation and review of govt tender documentation.
- Handle all tender portals sites, Pvt. Govt. Online Offline and communicate with Government authority.
- Respond to internal customer in time as well as assist to all team members.
- Transfer of order confirmation to customers.
- Pre & Post sales coordination
Expected key skills and competencies:
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Conversant with GEM bidding process.
- Knowledge to work on E-Procurement Portals for online tenders of different states.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Awareness on various INCO terms
- Understanding on contractual terms (Customers, Internal & Vendors), Liability Assessment.
- Ability to understand the technical aspect of the projects with regards to BOM, BOQ of various project offerings – Should be a quick learner.
- Ability to multitask commercial awareness, analytical and problem solving.
- Strong computer skills, strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Fluency with English communication is mandatory.
Educational Qualification: - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering, BSC MSC.
