Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
Business Target Achievement, Analysis & Monitoring
1.Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that are tailored to our company specific goals
and objectives
2. Analyse current sales trends and develop strategies to maximise sales and profitability
3. Responsible for meeting the sales targets & profitability of the assigned region
4. Establish key performance indicators to track progress towards sales goals
Stakeholder Management
1. Develop and maintain relationships with Architect/ Builder/ Contractor/
Designer/Influencer/Project Management Consultants community for primary & secondary sales
generation
2. Maintain a thorough understanding of our product (Engineered Wooden Flooring) and be able to
communicate their value to potential customers effectively
3. Dealers appointment for Flooring.
4. Pushing dealers for display centres.
5. Key Account Management-Managing existing prestigious Interior Contractor accounts for customer
satisfaction and repeat business.
Commercial Terms & Discipline
1. Assuring payment deadlines from debtors are met on time

1. Expert in consultative/ solution/ concept selling.
2. Ability to build relationships, influence and gain resources from across the organization
3. Proven presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
4. Open to extensive travelling
5. Knowledge of CRM and sales management tools, MS Office – (Mandatory)
