R&D Analyst PD

Job Description:

 Is responsible to carry out the laboratory work as required by projects  Carry out the required testing on products (Performance, stability, analytical, quality issues…), raw materials, finished products and ensure that the test methods and results are recorded in the appropriate way.  Expertise in Method Transfer  Critical analysis  Benchmark product testing  New method development and validation through wet analysis and instrumentation analysis.  Present the results of these tests and investigation to the Associate/ line manager, using the appropriate format and mentioning any issues or unusual results.  Is responsible for the maintenance of his laboratory equipment and working space  Is responsible, with his other colleagues, for the management of the day-to-day supply of the laboratory chemicals.  Is responsible for to make sure that the calibration of all lab equipment’s/ instrument are up to date and calibration tags are in place.  Is responsible for coordination with 3P vendors and ensure management of 3P vendors as per RB SOP for vendor management.  Ensure, with his other colleagues that the required safety measures are in place. Reports any deviation to the associate/ line manager or the area Health and Safety representative.  Trained new joiner for analysis and suggest improvement on the products, methods.  Experience in claims Key performances indicators  Realisation of laboratory work in full and on time  knowledge in the sections of the GLP principles.  5S system through internal audit Profile  Post graduate ideally with chemistry  Basic knowledge of laboratory safety Others skills  Good communication skills  Ability to deal with issues and solve them, having a pragmatic approach  Result-oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating  Openness to change and ability to think out of the box  Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills  Commercial understanding of operational business issues  Ability to turn ideas into actions  Basic computer skills
