Position : Managing Executive – LinkedIn

Location : India Remote

US Shift Timing 

 

Responsibilities:
• LinkedIn Communication: Engage in meaningful conversations with clients, prospects, and industry professionals.
• Identify opportunities and develop newer contacts
• Send purposeful invitations and establish contact
• Develop personal communication & rapport
• Develop business communication (Example – Trends, Operating Models & Talent Availability)
• Establish most effective and relevant contact for reference
• Identify areas of opportunities, challenges and pitch for services solution model
• Manage and respond to messages received on personal LinkedIn profile.
• Represent the company's values and maintain a professional and positive online presence.
1. Meeting Scheduling:
• Establish the purpose of the meeting & callout the challenges by priority
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients based on their availability and preferences.
• Use LinkedIn and other communication tools to effectively plan and organize virtual or in-person meetings.
• Ensure that meetings are scheduled in a timely and efficient manner
• Guage post meeting effectiveness and efficiency
2. Follow-up Procedures:
• Implement and manage follow-up processes to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Keep track of client interactions and communications on LinkedIn for future reference.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide necessary information and updates to clients.
3. Relationship Building:
• Proactively build and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients on LinkedIn.
• Identify opportunities for engagement and collaboration to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align communication strategies.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
• Track key performance indicators related to LinkedIn interactions and meetings scheduled.
• Provide regular reports on LinkedIn engagement and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing LinkedIn profiles and engaging with clients on the platform.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other tools for scheduling and communication.

• Proficient in English Language both verbal and write
• Ability to work during US Business Hours
• Knowledge of industry best practices for LinkedIn communication.
• Analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of engagement strategies.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Ability to develop strategy to larger scale contacts
• Ability to develop client company segmentation and align to the appropriate solution model
