Job Description:

Working days – Tuesday to Sunday

Location – Navrangpura - Ahmedabad

 This Position will lead the Education Counselling team who will operate from Gujarat and will drive sales and acquire new customers through direct sales model which will be done Online/Offline both. It will also be responsible to have a strong relationships with SK network and Franchisee team and all our BP in these region and ensure education product are sold through network team .

 Person responsible have to be dynamic who can grow and transform the business across the region with innovation, planning and proper execution.

Responsibilities

 Direct Responsibilities

Lead, grow and coach the business development of education counselling team with great leadership and culture of performance. Provide leadership, inspiration, mentorship, and carer development to members of the team.

 Have a strong relationship with Zonal heads, Group Heads, RSM, BM, TM, RFM & RAM in the region and create funnel for the education business.

 Channel sales will be a very important part of the portfolio (managing business through SK network) along with direct sales through his direct team.

 Make a business plan for the year, quarter and month and execute it with Centre manager across region.

Manage day to day business by meeting team and reviewing the performance on a periodic basis to ensure sales plan and budget is achieved.

 Work closely with the team to uncover and identify growth opportunities via understanding client’s business models and objectives.

 Prepare format of MIS to monitor business on day-to-day functioning and ensuring the entire sales funnel is intact and result is met.

 Contributing Responsibilities

 Recruit, Train and mentor the team across mapped region towards the objective of the organization.

 Help the counsellor to drive business in their location by studying client behaviour and market response.

 Coordinate with Network of branches and franchisee and build strong relationship and channel building with them and help Centre manager to extract business from this channel.

 Coordinate with Sales Presenter team to exchange feedback and ideas between Centre and Presenter team to run smooth sales operation.

 Ensure at any given point compliance policies are not compromised.

 Driving referral business through sales team.

 Ensuring all data is given to Central MIS team on time .

Technical & Behavioural Competencies

Must be resilient and well versed with Sales management.

Must know how to handle sales pressure and ensure it is taken in positive way.

Must equip basic knowledge of Excel and PPT and Word which is required at senior level.

Must respect colleagues with whom he is working and behave in complete professional way with entire team.

Knowledge of Stock market will be added advantage.

Must have worked in Direct sales himself at frontline and managed managers in his earlier role.

Also must have exposure to Distribution business model/ channel sales.

 Minimum Graduate.
