Job Description:
Designation - Site Engineer
Location - Mulund East, Mumbai
Work Timing - 10:00 Am to 06:00 Pm
Working Days - Monday to Saturday
Salary - As per industry
Experience - 6 to 8 Years
Role and responsibilties -
- Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
- Gathering data, compiling reports
- Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to team members and clients.
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required. Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team. Evaluate operations and processes, Test material and structural integrity.
- Direct engineering activities; assign tasks, provide training and support.
- Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines. Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcomes.
- Knowledge of RCC structure and interior fit-outs
- Quality Control
- Enforce safety protocols.
- Needs to handle team and team player
- Checking of RCC drawing and Architectural Drawing
- Providing Daily progress report and Work progress report.
- Execution of Design changes.
- Maintain Site documentation.
- Co-ordination with consultant.
