Audit Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage statutory audits of corporate clients in accordance with applicable accounting
standards and regulatory requirements
2. Review financial statements, audit documentation, and work papers to ensure accuracy and
compliance with auditing standards.
3. Prepare comprehensive audit reports, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and areas for
improvement.
4. Stay informed of changes in accounting standards, regulations, and ensure compliance with
relevant requirements in audit engagements.
5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and providing
exceptional client service.
Qualifications:
‐ Semi‐qualified Chartered Accountant (Inter CA, not willing to give further exams) with at least 2 years
of experience in a CA firm, with a focus on statutory audit engagements.
‐ Experience in managing multiple audit assignments simultaneously, within established timelines and
budgets.
‐ Basic technical knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, CARO and regulatory
requirements.
‐ Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients,
and team members.
‐ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
