Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

·         Utilize SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau/Power BI to extract, transform, and visualize data for analytical purposes.

·         Demonstrate intermediate-level proficiency in at least one of the major visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).

·         Apply working knowledge of Apache Hive, Apache Spark, Impala, Presto, and Snowflake for data processing and analysis.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights.

·         Contribute to the development of financial models, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

·         Execute data analytics tasks related to Audit and Risk Management, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

·         Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance technical and functional skills

Technical Skills:

·         Proficient in SQL

·         Expertise in Alteryx

·         Intermediate level proficiency in either Tableau or Power BI

·         Working knowledge of Apache Hive, Apache Spark, Impala, Presto, and Snowflake (good to have)

Functional Skills:

Strong finance knowledge, with a preference for experience in Audit, Risk Management, and Financial Modeling (budgeting/forecasting, etc.)

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business, or Information Technology.

·         2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on data analysis and financial modeling.

·         Proficiency in SQL and Alteryx is mandatory.

·         Intermediate level proficiency in either Tableau or Power BI.

·         Familiarity with Apache Hive, Apache Spark, Impala, Presto, and Snowflake is a plus.

·         Strong finance knowledge, particularly in areas of Audit, Risk Management, and Financial Modeling.

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
