Job Description:
| SAP BODS : |
| Working independently as SAP BODS developer |
| ETL Development and data migration. Good knowledge of ETL Concepts. |
| Experience and knowledge in data warehousing, process validation and business needs |
| Designing, Developing and Maintaining of SAP BODS jobs for loading the data from different source systems into SQL databases. |
| Monitoring the execution of Jobs on SAP BODS and data loading into database resolving errors as and when occurred. |
| Maintaining, supporting, scheduling, executing, adding new logics and problem solving SAP BODS's ETL Jobs |
| Design and Implement the ETL process of loading data for automation via creating SAP BODS jobs. |
| Complete life cycle of a data migration from DEV to QA and QA to PROD. |
| Experience in Extracting, Transforming and Loading ( ETL ) data from Excel, Flat file, SQL Server, SAP ECC, SAP S4/HANA etc. Data sources. |
| Sound knowledge of OLTP and OLAP model |
| Migrating all existing SAP ECC related BODS jobs to SAP S4/HANA |
| Create new jobs in SAP BODS as per business users requirements. |
| Schedule and monitoring SAP BODS Jobs daily |
| Good knowledge of creating Work Flow, Data flow, ABAP Data flow Query Transform, History preserving, Scripting in SAP BODS jobs. |
| Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures |
| Experience in Data Extraction, data integration, data transformation, data quality, data profiling |
| Exeperience in building integration in SAP DS with Rest/SOAP APIs and cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform. |
| Experience with working on an onshore / offshore model. |
| Possess a deep knowledge and understanding of Datawarehouse concepts. Have strong Microsoft SQL Server skills and experience in writing complex queries for validation and other purposes. |
| Strong experience in integrating with SAP ECC/S4 via IDOC, BAPIs, Extractors, Creating ABAP program, Direct table reads and APIs. |
| Data extraction and integration using different data sources like SAP ECC, SAP S4/HANA, and different warehouse applications |
| Experience using all kind of SAP BODS transformations like Data Integrator, Data Quality and Basic Transforms. |
| Experience with batch jobs monitoring using Central management server, SAP Data Services Management Console or any other scheduler. |
| Experience with SAP BODS installation, setup and configuration. |
| Experience with SAP BODS Repository Server Migration and configuration. |
| Exposure in SAP Information Steward Data Insight configuration like basic Data Quality rules configuration or advanced rules creation also execution and automation; Data Profiling. |
| Data Cleanse, Scorecard Setup. |
| Expert in SQL query language. |

| Expert in Microsoft SQL Query language |
| Excellent development skills to write complex queries involving multiple tables with big size of SQL tables. |
| Excellent development skills require to create Complex View with Complex SQL Queries as per Data visualization team requirements ( Tableau, Alteryx etc. ). |
| Able to handle big size SQL Databases, Tables, Data validation |
| Develop Views in SQL as per Business and Tableau Team's requirements for Tableau Dashboards. |
| Support teams for the ad - hoc data requirements as per business needs for analysis. Ad - Hoc reports with writing custom SQL Queries logically and give to respective teams |
| Data Design and Development on Microsoft SQL Server, Performance tuning, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS and Data Warehousing. |
| Managing databases, creating new tables, Add columns in Tables, Changes in datatypes and Structures etc. |
| Good understanding of DDL, DML, DCL Commands - insert, update, delete, truncate, drop etc. statements |
| Creation of views, stored procedures, functions, index etc. as per the business requirements. |
| Creating a simple / complex SQL Queries |
| Experience with MS SQL in constructing Triggers, Tables, implementing stored procedures, Functions, Views, User Profiles, Data Integrity. |
| Great ability to create and manage various database objects like tables, views. |
| Experience in Performance Tuning and Query Optimization. Tune SQL Queries for fast query execution. |
| Experience to upload flat files, excel upload manually as well as automatically in SQL tables. |
| Hands on Experience on various SQL Server Services like Integration Services ( SSIS ), Analysis Services ( SSAS ) and Reporting Services ( SSRS ). |
| Experience with logical and physical data modelling |
| Good understanding of star schema, snowflake schema, cubes etc. |
| Sound knowledge of all joins ( left, right, full, inner joins ), group by, having, rank etc. functions. |
| Interact with functional Users and Business Users, Gather data requirements and Based on data requirement prepare views or queries to achieve final reports for them. |
| Exeprience to move SQL tables from one database to other, databases and tables space management. |
