Position - DGM/GM International Marketing

Location -Nariman Point 

Working days -5 days
 
Time - 9.00am to 6.00pm
 
 
Job Summary:
As the Export Manager for Synthetic Iron Oxide Pigments, you will be responsible for developing and implementing export strategies to increase sales and market share in international markets. You will manage the export department, build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers, and ensure compliance with all export regulations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive export plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
2. Identify and evaluate potential markets, customers, and distributors for Synthetic Iron Oxide Pigments.
3. Establish and maintain strong business relationships with international distributors and customers.
4. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with overseas clients to maximize profitability.
5. Manage all aspects of the export process, including documentation, shipping, and customs clearance.
6. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export control laws.
7. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive analysis, and industry developments.
8. Provide leadership and guidance to the export team, including setting goals and monitoring performance.
9. Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of products.
10. Prepare and present reports on export performance and market analysis to senior management.
11. Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly and professionally.
12. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
 
Qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field. MBA is a plus. -
Proven experience as an Export Manager in the chemical industry, with a focus on pigments preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and export compliance.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office and export-related software.
