Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement:

• Engage with clients to comprehend business processes and requirements.
• Conduct workshops and interviews for thorough business analysis.

1. Implementation and Configuration:

• Configure and tailor SAP Business One to meet client needs.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful data migration.

1. Training and Support:

• Conduct comprehensive end-user training sessions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues effectively.

1. Optimization and Documentation:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client configurations and customizations.

1. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts.
• Work closely with external partners and vendors as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record in SAP Business One implementations and support.
• Strong grasp of ERP concepts and business processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Business One certification.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with integration tools and methodologies
