Job Description:
Location :- Bhosari
Lead the annual planning & budgeting exercise for the terminal
. Finalize targets and develop business plans along-with the functional heads based on plant/ equipment capacity
. Monitor performance against plans and take corrective measures on deviations
. Develop quality objectives and systems in the organization and ensure its implementation
. Oversee operations of the terminal to ensure production efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources
. Take a pro-active role in the formulation of future strategic objectives and bringing them to the BoD/ HO for discussion and decision
Leadership Governance
. Develop, approve and monitor operational procedures, policies and standards
. Work as approving authority of QHSE system manual, procedures and all process maps/ WI/ formats to be followed for process control and safety
. Make decisions related to the day to day working in overall perspective to meet customer requirements
