- To have Knowledge of the accounting processes. To modify the current ones and implement in the new software from existing Tally.
- To understand/Study the current accounting system of the organisation and manage the entire conversion of data from tally to New Accounting software with help of existing team members. Within the given timeline.
- To monitor on the current staff an see if the current process and processes set by you are timely completed without errors.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors for the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Implement best practices to streamline accounting procedures.
- Recommend and implement improvements in accounting systems and software.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff as needed.
