Job Description:

Job Profile:

  • Coordinating with vendors, checking invoice, getting necessary approvals

& handing them over to the accounts department for payment.

  • Procurement & distribution of office consumables, taking care of inward

& outward couriers and handling flight booking and hotel reservations.

  • Preparing ProposaI / Engagement Letters, updating and maintaining CRM Data bases in Excel and On line Porta
  • Handling IT Hardware/Software related issues and coordinating with IT Support service provide for resolution
  • Coordinate with SociaI Media Consultants for Newsletters / Biogs, etc.

He / She shouId be a Graduate with 2+ yea rs of relevant work experience, have expert knowledge of MS Excel functions ( like V-lookup, Pivot tables, etc.) and reasonably good in communication (oraI & written ).
