Urgent hiring for a Floor Executive with well know dairy Company !

Job Description:

1. Experience leading a team within a retail setting.
2. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
3. Maintaining full inventory—inward and outward stock, develop a comprehensive inventory tracking system to streamline all products and carry out First in and First out (FIFO), Tracking opening and closing stock between every shift.
4. Carry out full backend operations, fulfil all online orders for Zomato and Swiggy.
5. Placing orders with Head office (Marine Lines), for daily products required at shop.
6. Experience enforcing and maintaining company policies and procedures.
7. Firm understanding of sales, promotions, trends, retail markets, and merchandising
8. Excellent customer service skills.
9. Experience creating and maintaining employee scheduling.
10. Ensuring all food safety standards are met.

Working Days and Times:

1. 6 days working including Sunday
2.  week off can be taken any day between Monday to Thursday 
3. will be working on all festivals like – Diwali, Ganpati, Dussehra, Holi, Parsi new year, etc.

5. Timings- 7.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
