Position:          Finance Manager

Location:         Daman

Experience:     7 - 10 Years

Responsibilities:

• To review Balance Sheet General Ledger movement prepare schedules and reconciliation with supporting Data.
• Pre check of Monthly activities before month end,
• Support in Accurate Forecast and Budgeting and participate in Filling in Templates.
• Participate for Quicker Completion of Reporting Pack tabs.
• Scrutiny of Invoice, Vouchers and verify its correctness, mitigate any potential financial risk.
• Co-Ordinate with Statutory Auditors and ensure timely submission of data.
• Prepare Periodic financial Statement and relevant Schedules, Ratio Analysis.
• Pro Active analyse critical issues may arise during year in view of Statutory Audit.
• Review of the Tax Receivables and Payables as per Tax Return submission
• Tax Audit Co-ordination with Auditors ensure timely submission of Data.
• Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
• Day to day payment projections
• Monthly Stock Statement submission to Bank
• Collect and Submit data for Bank Audit
• Ensure Correct TDS and Generate form 15 CA and 15 CB For remittance of Foreign Expenses
• Ensure Compliance of FEMA – BoE Settlement, Shipping Bill settlement
• Scrap Management accounting
• Review of Customers, Vendors Agreements
• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
• Reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures.

Required Skills:

• Over 5years – Controlling & Audits
• Familiar with relevant Indian law on Company operation.
• Should be working in SAP system in current job.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision.                                                                                       

Required Qualification: - MBA- Finance 

Salary :- Upto 20.00 LPA
