Maintenance Engineer Electrical

Job Description:

Maintenance the 0.5HP to 40HP Induction motors and electrical panels, L.T. Control
Switch, 2-ACB, 1-VCB, forward & reverse motor control to hoist.
 Responsible for all type of maintenance works.
 Maintaining the records of Electricity Meter.
 2 X 350kW electrical furnace & furnace panel.
 5kW hydraulic pump and motor & 5kW water pump and motor for farness.
 Maintenance the Core Shooter machine, Short blast machine, hardness machine, Dust
Collector & lab equipment.
 Maintenance the CNC Machine, VMC Machine, Ball Screw, Lead Screw, Turret
Motor, Limit Switch, Chuck, Storage Battery, Hydraulic Presser, Guide way Alignment
and Lubrication system.
 Maintenance the 30 & 40 KW compressor with capacity 194 CFM & 2 0 2 C F M make
Atlas Copco.

 Maintenance the Pillar Drill M/C, Induction M/C, Surface Grinder, Milling M/C, U-
Bolt Banding M/C, Threading M/C, Amada Cutting M/C etc.

 Maintenance the 11 KV line down to 433 KV & 433KV line up to 480 KV in 500 KG
Furnace.
 Maintenance the 1x600 KVA, 1x365 KVA, and 1x125KVA DG Set, power control
circuit and motor control circuit.
 Preparing maintenance schedules maintenance as preventive, Predictive &

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidates must be Diplomat / B/tech Elecetrical with 7-8 year experience in electrical maintenance

Maintenance the Core Shooter machine, Short blast machine, hardnace machine & lab
equipment.
 Maintenance the C.N.C. machine & 30 kW compressors with capacity194CFM &
make Kaeser.
 Maintenance the 33 KV line down to 433 KV & 433KV line up to 480 KV.
 Maintenance the1x125KVA DG Set, power control circuit and motor control circuit.
 Preparing maintenance schedules maintenance & overhauling of DG Set.
