Job Description:

Location :- Ambad

Prepare effective service plan to generate more service inflow.
Attend various Dealership events organized to generate enquires.
To attend Major Customer Complaints/VOC and co-ordination with the customer.
Daily, Weekly and Monthly plan to resolve customer complaints.
Monitoring service target number of units v/s monthly target and action plan for shortfall.
Monitoring Service Revenue on daily basis v/s achievement and action plan for shortfall.
Monitoring retail of value added services (AMC package).
Daily Monitoring Accessory sales, Target v/s Achievement.
Monitoring collection of payments, cash, card, cheque credit.
Control on credit bills and debtors, daily monitoring and immediate action plan to recover and control on credit bills.
Daily meeting with service advisor, works Manager, supervisor/job controller, final inspector, customer relation manager, spare parts Manager.
Training the HOD's and Managers as and when needed for improvement of overall workshop processes for quality output.
Monitoring timely delivery of vehicle as promised by checking service advisor track sheet and follow vehicle delivery processes and other SOPs.
Monitoring daily activities, expenses, wastage of resources, customer service.
Immediate implementation of service bulletins received from HOD's daily.
Report preparation and sending to Top Management as required.
Monitor and Discuss all the workshop related reports received from HOD's daily.
Monitor and control quick service repair, delivery time, Maintain time commitment and r/o filling rate as per HMIL.
Control on total number of vehicles in the premises as per the approved norms.
Control on overall expenses, purchases scrap disposing, proper utilization of resources, manpower utilization.
