Job Description:

Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Admission Counselor to guide prospective students and their families through the admission process. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in representing the school, promoting its values, and ensuring a positive experience for all applicants.

Responsibilities:

  1. Admission Consultation:

    • Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students and their parents to provide information about the school's programs, curriculum, and admission procedures.
    • Address inquiries and concerns, offering solutions and guidance throughout the admission process.
  2. Application Management:

    • Manage the admission application process, ensuring all required documentation is received and processed accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with the admissions team to review applications and make recommendations for acceptance.
  3. School Representation:

    • Represent the school at admission events, open houses, and fairs to showcase the institution's offerings to prospective families.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with feeder schools and educational partners.
  4. Communication and Follow-up:

    • Communicate regularly with prospective students and their families through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
    • Follow up with applicants to provide updates on the status of their applications and address any additional requirements.
  5. Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective students and applicants using the school's admission database.
    • Generate reports and statistics related to admissions for analysis and planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in admissions counseling or a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with educational systems and admission processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
