Sr. Executive/Executive - RTR (Record to Report)

Job Description:

• GL, Month-end accounting, Intercompany, Fixed Assets
• Journal Entries, Month-end close activities, preparing reconciliations
• Knowledge of monthly, quarterly, and annual book close cycles

 Knowledge of R2R

• Know the Difference between Depreciation and amortization, Charging the depreciation
• Experience of Month-end closing cycle in the current company
• Knowledge of Cash book balance and bank balance
• Knowledge of the formula for the cost of goods sold
• Cost center/ Profit centers- prepare reports
• Knowledge of Reconciliations (Types), Bank reconciliation, Balance sheet reconciliation, Basic needs of reconciliations, errors occur for reconciliation
• Debtor reconciliation & creditor reconciliation
• Know how to do Intercompany reconciliation
• Prepaid Expenses with examples
• Know how to calculate gross profit
• Knowledge of Provisions & Reserves
• Knowledge of Assets and types of assets with examples.
• Knowledge of Debtors are liabilities or assets
• Know if the vendor is an asset or a liability
• Knowledge of Deferred revenue expenditure - Is it an Asset or liability
• knowledge of Accrual Concept

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

• Experience- Total 2-3 Years of Experience in preparation of Journal entries or Reconciliations

• Minimum 1 year experience in major ERP like Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Work Day, S4hana, TALLY or Quick Books experience then exclude

• MNC experience preferred

• Good communication skills, candidate should be able to communicate with the client.
• Candidate should have Excel knowledge
