Qualification: B.Pharm/ M.Pharm/MBA
Experience: 2 – 5 years in International Marketing/Exports of Pharmaceutical Sector/Industry .
Location: Mumbai
CTC : In between 8 to 9 Lacs (Will depend on qualification and experience)
Reporting to M.D. as well as Exports Manager
Job Description-
- Good command over English speaking and writing.
- Looking after New Business Development and Marketing and to bring in business based on International Pharmaceutical Trade and Tender Business.
- To identify shortlist, select appoint distributing companies to ensure availability of products.
- To engage the distributors in negotiating prices ensuring profitability and market share.
- To understand key regulatory requirements to get the products registered in a specific country and liaise with company regulatory person to ensure speedy registration and product introduction in the market.
- To act as a bridge between countries regulatory and company regulatory to ensure smooth functioning between the two groups.
- Manage product sales and inquiries from assigned international sales territories.
- Ensure businesses have appropriate sales support and customer service.
- Research and identify market product data, industry trends and competitor information for development of new strategies.
- Provide support to distributors in the assigned sales territory and work with distributors to generate new leads.
- Work with new clients on new products or change current products.
- Ensure sales, product marketing and business development tactics and process meet compliance of each country.
- Coordination with Commercial department w.r.t. shipments and orders, also with Regulatory affairs and Technical Director for new product registration, its follow up and response to queries.
- Maintain a strong and contemporary market research data.
- Back office Sales & Marketing for Pharmaceutical APIs in International markets.
- Provide complete customer support from lead generation till delivery of material.
- Quoting the prices to the existing customers as well as new customers and try to close the enquiry by generating PO & maintain the record of the same
- Maintaining good customer relationship / Client servicing
- Co-ordination with the internal department
- Follow-up with the Factories for the Timely & accurate execution of Orders
- Follow up with the customers till the goods reach at the destination
- Developing a very good relationship with existing clients and looking for increasing business opportunity
- Getting new International customers
- Helping and co-coordinating superiors for developing the new market
- Maintaining customer relation with the existing International customers.
- Involve in Production Planning
- Coordination with production, Planning and Purchase etc departments regarding export orders
- Interacting with agents/customers to understand the requirements for registration of new products in their country and coordinating with Regulatory department or any other concerned departments in factory for required documents.
- Ensuring scheduled receipt of payments from clients.
- Initiative in developing new business internationally by making new customers through internet, CPHI exhibition, references & telephone communication.
- Monitoring the monthly Sales & in-depth analysis / generating reports for Management.
- Export Data Analysis / Trend on competitor pricing.
Coordinating with Plant / Regulatory for product / documentation support
