Job Description:

Position:          Assistant Manager- PPIC ( Production Planning and Inventory Control)

Location:         Vapi

Experience:     4-5 YEARS

Industries:       Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire planning for the Plant that includes Raw material and packing material planning, Production planning, Tolling activity and dispatch planning.
• Calculating & Releasing production plan based on sales RFC for 1 Month Firm and 2 Months rolling plan.
• Responsible for meeting the customer commitment date for domestic as well as export dispatch planning.
• Responsible for weekly production planning and material planning for Job work/tolling sites.
• Handling Planning of 90+ Brands and 450+ FG SKU's.
• Based on 3 Months Taking follow-up with Procurement & planning of 1500+ Packing material SKU's and 275+ Raw material SKU's.
• Creating & Managing Subcontracting Challans
• Reconciliation of Tolling Site Stocks
• Tolling Bills Reconciliation & Getting it cleared.

Required Skills

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Must have experience on SAP - MM/PP/WM.
• Advanced MS Excel Skill.
• Good Analytical Skill. 

Required Qualification: - Any Graduate + MBA/PG Diploma - Material Management

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
