Roles & Responsibilities
1. Direct & Indirect Tax
2. GST Returns filings (GSTR1/3B)
3. Cross checking GST (GSTR 2A) before payment
4. Annual Return -GSTR 9 - Preparation & Support
5. Litigation / Assessment/ Notices compliances
6. Support-Business for GST queries
7. Risk Assessment and timely corrections
8. Regular updates & circulation on Tax related issues
9. TDS /TCS / Advance Tax /Computations/ Issuance of Form16A
10. Tax Audit & IT Returns
11. Employee Taxation -TDS, Qtly Returns, Issuance of Form 16 & other compliances
12. Transfer Pricing Study Report & Certification
13. SAP accounting process for Tax declaration
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
CS with Taxation experience
