Job description
- Making Invoices in Tally ERP 9 for different parties.
- Making entries in Tally of Sales, Purchases, and Journal & Expenses.
- Preparing necessary sheets for the purpose of Audit & finalization of accounts.
- Preparing summaries for GST Return.
- Keeping track of GST invoices uploaded on website.
- Making online payments of Taxes / NEFT / ESIC / EPF / CREDIT CARD etc.
- Preparing summaries & online filling of TDS, Professional Tax, etc.
- Making attendance sheet & salary slips accordingly.
- Handling Bank Accounts & Bank Reconciliation Statement of every month.
- Handling – GST / TDS / IT / EPF / Bank, etc.
- Monitoring day to day accounting entry & data.
