Job Description:
Designation – Operations Manager
Location – Mumbai Airport
JOB DESCRIPTION –
- Ensure on time bus arrival and departure
- Ensure bus cleanliness and hygiene at airport
- Achieve booking targets defined for the shift
- Make sure that all the support required - ETIMs, POS, WiFi, Electricity etc. is available in the shift
- Monitoring on time reporting of the team, proper grooming and make sure that all the points are always manned
- Keep on checking the availability and cleanliness of all the branding material installed at airports
- Resolving escalations received from customers and solve it amicably and provide high level customer experience
- Manage on ground escalations and make sure that operations is not affected due to external factors
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
- Graduation / Post Graduation
- 3+ years’ Experience in Operations
- Team Handling Experience
- Customer Handling Skills
- Fluent English Communication
