Asst./Dy. Manager Design & Engineering- Gurgaon

Job Description:

Essential Duties:
1. Site visit
• Open for site visits in India and International geography whenever required.
2. People co-ordination
• Co-ordination with the client and internal BD team for presales and post sales design input
requirements
• Co-ordination with HSE and AM team for internal design approval
• Co-ordination with SCM and Project Management team for their engineering requirements
• Co-ordination with internal stakeholders and team members
3. Detailed Engineering
• Maintain OTM, Scope Matrix, KOM documents for project reference
• Preparation of BOM, detail engineering considerations, earthing report and ESMS report
documents
• Guiding internal team for preparation of Array Layout, SLD and GFC
• Validation of component drawings submitted by OEM.
• Prepare and co-ordinate detailed designs of superstructures as well as substructure for RCC and
steel industrial buildings, PEB structures, Canopies, Ground mounted MMS with foundation
designs etc.
• Understand and interpret Geo-Technical investigation report for design of foundation system.
• Design of foundations especially different types of pile foundations (Bored cast-in site, Rammed,
Helical) as per site conditions.
• To support project structural design and drawings by taking engineering inputs from technical
specifications of the project and ensure optimum RCC and steel structure design solution.
• Provide guidance to drafting team time to time and ensure deliverable targets for the project.
