Domestic Sales Manager for Mumbai

Job Description:

We are looking for a Domestic Sales Manager who will be responsible for generating and enhancing
Nipra’s business in the Indian market. You will ensure that Nipra’s products are made available in the
domestic markets by analyzing the trends of the clients and developing sales plans and strategies to
meet their needs. You will build and maintain relationships with key decision makers.

Printing business sales in West India, must have experience to deal with B2B Companies and SME business owners in previous role, can be from industries such as corrugated cartons, plastic bag sales, etc; will need to reside in Mumbai and report to our office when not visiting customers.

Strategic Sales Activities
? Position Nipra as the 1 st choice vendor for our clients
? Develop a strategy/ business plan to drive revenue & profitability in the domestic markets
? Identify sales opportunities, generating leads, and targeting potential clients
? Sets sales promotion activities and monitors & modifies marketing campaigns
? Implement annual sales targets
? Devise new strategies and techniques for achieving the sales targets
? Study existing and potential needs of clients
? Build healthy and profitable long term relationships with clients

2. Sales Conversion
? Visit clients to discuss product/services and how it will meet their requirements
? Negotiate and close deals
? Generate repeat-business from clients

3. Sales Data Management
? Monitor market and competitor activities and provide feedback to other teams
? Provide timely and detailed sales reports & sales forecasting data to management
? Collate information and  data related to client and prospect interactions

Qualifications & Experience

? Any bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of sales experience
? B2B sales experience needed
