Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- To bring new business and contribute to the Company’s revenues
- The objective is to build a productive pipeline and maximize the revenue via active
engagements on selected opportunities.
- Manage and execute all the sales activities for the brand - devising sales plan and budget,
justifying the plan to upper management, sales collaterals, sell to customer needs, building
strong customer connects on-ground
- Understand Company’s service offerings and underlying technologies to carry out initial
conversations with prospects.
- Developing plans and strategies to achieve growth. Ensure Annual/Monthly/Weekly Sales
targets are met as per the organization's goals.
- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where
and when required.
- Overall responsibility for Revenues/Sales Strategy.
- Overall responsibility for data Implementation Process.
- Maintain client relationships with a long-term focus.
Experience & Educational Requirements:
Must have:
- hands-on experience in selling HRM Platform.
- hands-on experience in the HR recruitment process.
- Profound knowledge in HR activities like Recruitment, Onboarding, performance appraisal,
exit interview, Background verification process etc.,
- 2 years experience in selling HRM software services.
- Should possess good communication, presentation, prospecting and networking skills.
- Any degree with a HR & Marketing background.
- Additional degrees in HR/marketing will be a plus.
