Job description for Executive- Administration(Surat)
Location: Surat, Gujarat, India
Designation: Admin Executive
Age: Between 25-30 years
Salary: 3.5 Lac to 5 Lac per annum
Type of employment: Permanent
Leave: As per company policy
Working: Monday to Friday (Sat and Sun, Week Off)
Time: 0900 to 1730 Hrs
Language: Fluent in English, Hindi and Gujrati
Basic Requirement
- Must be able to work in Surat location without any problem.
- Must have strong interpersonal and good communication skills especially in English.
- Must have experience in General Administration
- Preferred to have experience in handling travel, hotel bookings and other similar jobs.
- Must have Good knowledge of MS Office.
Roles and Responsibility
- Will be responsible for Expat Management and overall maintenance of living condition of Surat Expats.
- Will be responsible for smooth functioning of Kitchen for Surat expats.
- Will be responsible for Inventory control and procurement.
- Will be responsible for car and driver management.
- Will be responsible for Liasoning with local government institutions.
- Will be responsible for maintaining good rapport with AM/NS India Staff at Surat.
- Will be responsible for travel management of the expats.
- Will be responsible for FRRO management of the expats
- Will be responsible for all other Admin functions not mentioned above.
