Engineer ( Sales Coordinator ) - Plastic /Mold/ Mechanical

Job Description:

Experience : Minimum 4 to 5 years, preferred with Plastics background

Responsibility :
1) Sending introduction letters of various equipment.
2) Selection & preparing quotations of various equipment.
3) After receiving PO , sending order confirmations, advance payment follow up
4) Order of equipment to factory or overseas suppliers
5) Coordinating with design, production& service teams
6) Communications with overseas principal, customers, & local suppliers
7) After sales –installation, break down, service report, coordinating with principals for
solution.
8) Follow up with sales team for inquiries, offer status
9) Organizing Internal meetings (through Cisco Webex )
10) Product presentation, case studies ,
11) Product animation videos
12) Company website
13) Product flyers, Brochures, Liaison with publishers for advertisement, write up, etc.
14) Exhibitions - Die and mold, Plast India, Plastivision. All preparatory work
for same.
Essential requirements :
1) Fluency in writing and spoken English is a must.
2) Good communication skills
3) Sound technical knowledge
4) Majority of the efforts should be proactive and not only reactive
5) Remuneration : Good package commensurate with candidate’s qualifications /
experience.
