Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Chartered Accountant for a reputed Company at the Mumbai(Nariman Point) location.
Job Description:
- Handling Scrutiny assessment matters and drafting replies.
- Preparing and Filing of appeals, submissions and paperbook before CIT (A) & ITAT.
- Ensuring timely compliance with regard to rectification application/ follow-up for refunds etc.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparations and filing of all income tax returns, TDS returns, Audit reports and Other compliances.
- Stay matters related to tax laws and regulations and proactively advice on tax planning strategies for optimising tax position.
- Take responsibility for client management, ensuring timely and high quality delivery
Key Points:
- Direct Tax knowledge.
- Research case laws.
- Good command over English.
- Good control over Microsoft Excel and Word.
