Job Description:
  • Managing Mobile app. Replying to customer feedbacks received from across the channels and analysing the same and providing insights. 
  • Doing competition analysis and based on that stratgising new features for mobile app.
  • Preparing BRDs for the new features/enhancements for mobile app. 
  • Performing end to end product life cycle from planning to make it live to end customers which includes preparing test cases and testing. 
  • Looking after production issues and replying to CRM cases in time bound manner.
