Manager - Data Security Gurgaon

Job Description:

? Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of data privacy
and security policies, procedures, and controls
? Monitor, measure and ensure governance of controls for compliance
such as IRDAI, AADHAAR Act and Data Protection Bill (India)
? Ensures the security and protection of personal information in the
custody or control of the business
? Conduct thematic reviews basis IS and Data Privacy Policy
? Ensure Information Security due diligence is followed during on-
boarding of a vendor
? Conduct audit preparedness and ensure successful completion of
periodic reviews and audits pertaining to regulatory, statutory and
contractual obligations
? Leading incident response, including data breach preparedness
? Responsible for managing/reviewing and implementing technology
changes such as DLP, DRM, Data security and classification tools
? Provide guidance and training to employees on data privacy and
security matters, promoting a culture of security awareness and
compliance
