Job Description:
- Settingup centerless grindingmachine
- Operatingcenterless grindingmachine
- Dresses wheels to specifications, using dressing device.
- Mounts grinding wheel and regulating wheel on spindles with wrenches
- Fabricating and modifying parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines.
- Applying knowledge of mechanics , shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.
- Read Blueprints and SetPressMachine Accordingly.
- Monitor Machines for Irregularities.
- Regularly Inspect Finished Product.
- Troubleshoot Machine Malfunctions and Complete Minor Repairs.
- Adhere to All Safety Standards and Regulations.
- Document and File Daily Production Results.
