As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and maintenance services to our valued customers. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and possess strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Royal Enfield bikes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues accurately.
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of service and repair activities.
• Follow manufacturer's guidelines and specifications for servicing and repairing bikes.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to prioritize and plan service appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Test ride bikes after service and ensure their proper functioning and performance.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technical advancements and service procedures related to Royal Enfield bikes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior service technicians when required.
