Job Description:

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling our range of high-end Royal Enfield motorcycles. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in selling Royal Enfield or similar high-end bikes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to maximize sales performance and achieve targets.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, providing exceptional service and personalized attention to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Actively engage with customers, both in-person and via digital platforms, to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary considerations.
  5. Showcase the features, benefits, and unique selling points of Royal Enfield motorcycles to potential customers, highlighting the exceptional craftsmanship, performance, and heritage associated with the brand.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and promotional teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed business decisions.
  9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service requests in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues effectively.
  10. Stay informed about the latest product releases, specifications, and technical details of Royal Enfield motorcycles to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in selling high-end Royal Enfield motorcycles or similar luxury bikes.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
  5. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing the sales team.
  6. In-depth knowledge of the motorcycle industry, including current trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
  7. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  9. A valid motorcycle license and a passion for motorcycles are highly desirable.
