Job Description:

Job Role:

  • Design, develop and maintain content for Instructor Led Programs (ILP) for various Training Modules applicable for Functional Learning areas covering assessments, training content, facilitator guides, post training assessments/evaluations, workbooks, etc.
  • Design and develop content for eLearning Training modules using tools like Articulate Storyboard, etc.
  • Design and develop content to be published on Internal Learning Mobile App via various formats like PPT, PDF, Videos, etc. for continuous learning.
  • Handling the admin for Internal Learning Mobile Application for assignment of content or User query resolution.
  • Design and maintain content for Knowledge database in pre-defined formats.
  • Understand Learning Gaps from/ in collaboration with business and design solutions keeping in view the learner profile and evaluation methodology
  • Vendor management for any projects which are outsourced
  • Take initiatives proactively to create better and more creative solutions and improve existing ones which will make learning more user-friendly.

 

Experience:

  • 2-6 years of experience in instructional design, content development with understanding of training strategy, design strategy
  • Experience of Learning Content Design and Development Framework
  • Business experience in working on projects developing content using relevant tools.
  • Thorough understanding and experience of different training product types – ILT, Simulation, Elearning, Mobile App, etc.

 

Key Competencies and Skills:

  • Strong communication skills – Written & Verbal
  • Creative and innovative
  • In –depth knowledge of MS Office especially Power Point and Excel.
  • Select and use a variety of techniques for developing instructional content
  • Understand and implement development model appropriate for a given project.
  • Analyze the characteristics of existing and emerging technologies and their use in an instructional environment
  • Knowledge of Retail Banking, Credit Card & Retail Asset products will be added advantage.
  • Flexible, dedicated, team-oriented with ability to collaborate effectively
