Job Description:

Urgent requirement AGM / DGM - PROCESS for Sponge Iron Division  at Raipur

 AGM / DGM - PROCESS for Sponge Iron Division of SID plant ,Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of all process equipments,Training & development l Engineers and Staff,Responsible for performance and cost control of operation of the plant,

•  Commissioning of DRI kiln with refractory line heating & plant equipment.

 Planning & scheduling of monthly production according to availability & quality of raw material sources & optimum utilization of resources.

 Working out by using different kinds of raw materials to get lower production cost.Decision of charge mix & controlling of process parameter for better quality.Controlling of raw material handling system as per process requirement Ensuring smooth operations to maximize production and to meet pre-set production targets.

 Planning & implementing effective preventive & corrective maintenance schedule to enhance equipment reliability & up time as per TPM.

 Better man power management of all dept. & proactively identifying and rectifying problem areas to ensure uninterrupted operation.
