Job Description:
Working in hydraulic department. Maintenance lubrication system gear box lubrication.
maintenance of mill, shift handling as shift incharg manpower handling, mechanical Responsible for breakdown & preventive maintenance etc.
mechanical maintenance of mill, &equipments like ejector ,blowers, furnace, pullout roller, roller table, stands, pendulum shear, rotary shear, loppers ,water box, laying head ,conveyor, pallet area, coil forming area. ,garret, funnel line, pinch roll, coiler, walking beam , accumulator, hydraulic unit, grease unit, lubrication unit, compressors, pumps, cooling tower, dg set, air Oil lubrication system, E.O.T. cranes etc. handling the breakdown & preventive maintenance etc.
- Gear box . looper roll spindle shaft gear tooth jacket and HSC pump maintenance.
- Attend shutdown , breakdown maintenance. preventive maintenance. spare planning.
