Job Description:

The Sales Manager Head will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth for the automobile ancillary parts and servicing company. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and managing key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring they achieve their sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue growth and profitability.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients, driving business development.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure effective product positioning and pricing.
  6. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  7. Develop and manage budgets, sales forecasts, and expense reports.
  8. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building the company's brand and reputation.

Established in Jan 2006 at Kurla, Mumbai in order to venture out into the service industry as logical move to capitalize on his experience in the retail market. The client has been in the retail market with his own outlet of automobile spares since 1971.Through the years, the company's trust grew in us as we provided good service and fulfilled the company's expectations and we were asked to expand our business. This led to the next stepping stone that was the opening of our Nerul branch in November 2008.
