Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Product Manager for the Fintech Industry at the (Ghatkopar / Vikhroli) Mumbai location.

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.

  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product life cycle, including strategy, requirements, target user research, prototyping, user experience journey, stakeholder satisfaction, etc.
  • Research and translate industry problems into solutions through the use of technology and data. Your solutions
  • should create a measurable "impact" on the lives of the consumers.
  • Be the voice of the customer. Develop a deep understanding of our customers and build the best product user
  • experiences on their behalf through market research, experimentation, user testing, and data analysis.
  • Ability to think creatively deals with ambiguity, and manage fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
  • Use data to inform development and test hypotheses, and work with commercial product managers to set relevant
  • KPIs and measurements of product success (e.g. transition completion, customer satisfaction, usage, time to
  • market, etc.) to guide the next steps.
  • Seek feedback from product groups around client difficulties and/or concerns over quality and stability & improvise
  • products/processes to bring quality & stability
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
  • High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
  • Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Align with business partners to balance business and technical objectives and manifest these as clear, stable
  • priorities for the team

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • BE/B.Tech from premium institutes required, MBA Preferred.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Product Management in a B2B Lending/Financial Services industry
  • Proven success as a product developer in a non-managerial role
  • Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment with strong attention to
  • detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of SEM (search engine marketing) and online advertising
  • Experience in setting up and using various no-code tools such as Zapier, IFTT, quick works, UI Path, tableau etc.
