- Operation and maintenance of all Slides, utility maintenance &HVAC
- Operation & Maintenance of AC &DC motors, ,blowers & compressors.
- Working with VFD drives , PLC logic, HMI programming.
- Operation & Maintenance of HVAC system, dealing with AC vendors for proper
- Maintenance of all street lights, decorative lights ,LED lights & ensure 100% operational
- efficiency by proper preventive maintenance.
- To plan, prepare & estimate annual budget for electrical & utilities maintenance
