Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Day Trader would be responsible for actively trading in capital market for the company, by studying market trends, charts and news. They would have to understand the dynamic investment needs, risk appetite and long-term strategies to manage the portfolio accordingly. The Day Trader would be trading as per standard rules and strategies set by the company. Adherence to these rules is mandatory and would require discipline with a basic understanding of finance.
Responsibilities:
- Trading digital assets, equities, commodities and currencies daily for the company
- Monitoring charts, and understanding market trends as per strategies for investments
- Taking initiative to suggest changes and improvements in strategies
- Maintaining the database of daily trades in real-time
Skills and Qualifications
- Basic understanding of trading
- Knowledge of finance is must
- Basic knowledge of TradingView charts is important
- Proficient in understanding and interpreting charts, market depth, order books, trades history, order types and related trading aspects
- Proficient Hindi and English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying opportunities in the market and taking advantage of the same as per standard rules
- Ability to multi-task and give results under pressure
- Understanding market conditions, and generating profits or limiting losses accordingly
- Discipline in time management, multi-tasking and quick thinking
